Privacy Policy

What this covers, and what it does not

This policy applies to this website. The only information we collect here is what you type into the form on our contact page, plus a small amount your browser sends automatically.

It does not cover the Cadra product at app.cadra.info. Assessments, working sessions, and scored reports are a different activity with different data and a different retention period, governed separately. If you are taking an assessment, the terms that apply to you are the ones shown in the product.

What we collect

When you fill in our contact form, we collect your name, work email, company, role, what you are interested in, and anything you write in the optional message field.

Alongside that we store the time you submitted and your browser's user-agent string, which is the line browsers send identifying themselves. Our host keeps standard server logs.

The form has two hidden anti-spam checks: a field real people never see, and a timer that notices submissions made faster than a human could type. Neither is stored.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, and to arrange and prepare a session if you want one. Knowing the role or cohort you have in mind is what lets us run a scenario that resembles your actual work rather than a generic one.

We do not sell it, rent it, or use it to build advertising profiles.

Who else sees it

We use three services to run this site, and each sees part of what you send:

• Supabase, which stores form submissions in our database.
• Resend, which delivers the notification email telling us you got in touch.
• Vercel, which hosts the site and keeps standard server logs.

The booking calendar

Our contact page embeds a booking calendar from Cal.com. If you pick a time through it, the details you enter go to Cal.com directly. They do not pass through our database and are not stored alongside form submissions.

That embed is Cal.com's software running inside our page, and it may set its own cookies. Their privacy policy governs it. If you would rather not use it, the form underneath does the same job and stays with us.

Cookies

We set no cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking. There is no analytics script on this site, no advertising pixel, and no session replay.

The one exception is the booking calendar described above, which is a third party and sets whatever it sets.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Business conversations move slowly and someone who enquires often comes back a year later, which is what that window is for.

If you want yours deleted sooner, ask and we will do it.

Asking us about your information

Write to hello@cadra.info and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. You do not need to give a reason and we will not ask for one.

Changes to this policy

If what we collect changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves. We will not quietly widen what we do with your information and leave the old text standing.
