We are building the flight simulator for the future of work.

We spent a decade building and training tech teams, in startups and enterprises. AI is rewriting what every role is. Cadra is where people practice the new version of theirs, and prove it on real work.

How we arrived here.

We spent our careers building and leading data and AI teams, in enterprises and in startups. The lesson that stuck: what a team can deliver is set by its people's capability, not its tooling.

From that seat we watched the shift happen. AI stopped being a specialist's tool and started rewriting every role on the team, and the people who learned to work with it pulled away from colleagues with identical CVs.

Consulting for startups made it concrete. Helping them hire, the AI-polished resumes all read the same and said nothing about who could do the work. So we read the work itself: the AI chats, how problems were framed, what got built. It said more than any CV ever did. We built the simulator to do that at scale.

The people behind it.
